Discovery and survey
A requirements conversation identifies the use cases and operational constraints. A site survey confirms what can safely and reliably be installed.
AV Installation · Edinburgh & Scotland
A reliable installation starts with a clear brief and a check of the physical site. We document the intended use, equipment connections, cable routes, mounting, power and network dependencies before confirming a practical scope.

A requirements conversation identifies the use cases and operational constraints. A site survey confirms what can safely and reliably be installed.
Equipment is selected to meet the design brief, with signal paths, infrastructure work and commissioning responsibilities recorded in the proposal.
We verify every agreed source, output and user control, then explain operation and provide relevant handover information.
Technical guidance
Checks may include source-to-display routing, resolution and audio format compatibility, intelligibility in representative listening positions, zone level control, recovery after power interruption, network functions and labelled connections. The exact test schedule should match the commissioned system and the agreed project scope.
