A camera that follows the presenter
An AI auto-tracking PTZ camera for spaces where presenters move or camera positioning needs more flexibility than a fixed video bar. Audio capture is designed separately.
Camera, microphones and speakers together
TC Bar S serves smaller meeting spaces; TC Bar M is intended for mid-sized rooms. An integrated bar can simplify the room when its coverage and mounting position suit the seating layout.
Room design
Check the table, display and presenter positions. A PTZ camera can serve a more flexible view; a bar needs a suitable position and coverage for the room.
The AVer camera does not replace microphones and loudspeakers. A TeamConnect bar combines those functions; we assess whether its coverage fits the layout.
Agree whether users bring laptops or use a dedicated room computer. Content sharing, camera selection, USB paths and room control need to behave consistently.
Commissioning
We test a call with remote participants, check speech in both directions, share presentation content and walk through mute, camera selection and ending the meeting. Network access and platform accounts are agreed with your IT team.
