Wireless and wired presentation
Bring wired laptops and supported wireless devices into a shared presentation system. We agree the guest access and network policy with your IT team, then test the devices your staff actually use.
How people connect
Agree supported devices and sharing protocols. Wireless performance and policy depend on the environment; wireless inputs are not all the same resolution as the main HDMI output.
HDMI and USB-C provide a defined connection path when wireless sharing is unsuitable. Check each laptop’s USB-C display and power capabilities.
Bringing your own meeting adds camera, microphone and USB routing requirements. Optional dongles and touchback functions are checked against the actual devices.
FAQs
No. The main output can reach 4K60, while the sub output and wireless paths have different limits. We test the intended input method and content.
The compatible WMF-USBC-D and WMF-HDMI-D are optional accessories and are listed separately when required.
The network arrangement is agreed with IT, including guest access, security and any restrictions on device discovery.
